Sir Terence Matthews, Chairman
Terry Matthews is the chairman and/or a director of many high technology companies in the US, Canada and the UK. He is the chairman of March Networks Corporation, a major provider of IP video and business analysis applications and also chairman of Mitel Corporation, a company he co-founded in 1972. Mitel is a leading vendor of VoIP solutions. He served as CEO and chairman of Newbridge Networks Corporation, a company he founded in 1986. Matthews holds an Honours Degree in Electronics from the University of Wales and is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and of the Royal Academy of Engineering. Matthews is the founder of Wesley Clover and also of Celtic House International. Both these organizations are early-stage technology venture capital firms with offices in Canada and the United Kingdom.

Michael Cristinziano
Michael Cristinziano is vice president, strategic development at Fort Lauderdale-based Citrix Systems, Inc. where he is responsible for M&A strategy and execution, technology licensing, venture capital investments and investor relations. He is also a member of the Citrix CTO Office. Prior to joining Citrix in 2003, Cristinziano was managing director at New York-based investment bank Harris Nesbitt (BMO Financial Group), where he covered the networking and software industries. During his tenure as an equity research analyst, Cristinziano was recognized by The Wall Street Journal, Reuters and StarMine. Before joining Harris Nesbitt in 1997, Cristinziano began his Wall Street career as an analyst at Needham & Co. Prior to that, he served as a Member of Technical Staff at Telcordia Technologies. Cristinziano earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Temple University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul Damp
Paul Damp is managing partner of Kestrel Capital Partners, a private investment firm. He also serves as non-executive chairman and a trustee of Davis & Henderson Income Fund. He is a trustee of Home Equity Income Trust, and is chairman of its audit committee, as well. Damp was a member of the board of directors of Cognos Inc. from 2003 to 2008 and a member of the board of directors of AIT Advanced Information Technologies and chairman of its audit committee from 1996 to 2002. From 1996 to 1998, he was chairman and CEO of Accugraph Corp., a telecommunications software company. He became non-executive chairman of Architel Systems Corporation in 1998, upon the acquisition of Accugraph by Architel and continued in that role until 2000, at which time Architel was acquired by Nortel. During the period from 1990 to 1994, Damp served as a member of the board of directors of SHL Systemhouse Inc, a systems integration company, and also served as an executive with SHL from 1992 to 1994, initially as vice chairman and CFO, and subsequently as president and chief operating officer. From 1987 to 1990, Damp was a partner with KPMG LLP Canada in the corporate finance group. Damp holds a Chartered Accountant designation, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto.

Russ Freen
Russ Freen co-founded Bridgewater Systems in 1997 with Doug Somers. Freen is an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2006 award recipient in the Information Technology category. Before co-founding Bridgewater, Freen was the assistant vice president of Network Management Development for Newbridge Networks, where he was responsible for all aspects of product development for the network management products. He also developed operations support systems at Raynet Corporation. Before that, he served at Motorola Corporation, where he was responsible for the development and deployment of packet radio networks and a nationwide network in Germany. He has also held director-level R&D positions at Mitel Corporation and Bell-Northern Research (BNR). Freen received a bachelor of computer science and economics from York University and a master's in computer science from the University of Toronto.

Ed Ogonek
Ed Ogonek joined Bridgewater Systems Corporation in May 2004 as its president and CEO, bringing more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, data networking, and network/service management. Before joining Bridgewater Systems, Ogonek held the position of senior vice president and general manager of metro and enterprise solutions for CIENA. Prior to CIENA, Ogonek was president and chief executive officer of Akara Corporation, which was acquired by CIENA in August 2003. Ogonek's prior experience includes key executive and general management positions at Newbridge Networks, Alcatel, British Telecom, and Bellcore. Ogonek received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from John Carroll University and a master's degree in operations research from Case Western Reserve University.

Jon Shantz
Jon Shantz is a highly respected professional throughout the communications industry. His extensive experience includes most recently the role of senior vice president of business development at Openwave Systems. Prior to Openwave, Shantz served as general manager of the Mobile Business Unit of Cisco Systems. While at Cisco, he developed and led the Cisco Powered Networks, a premier industry alliance program, and spent several years developing new markets for Cisco. Before joining Cisco, Shantz spent 10 years at Bell Labs working in the services development and data networking areas. Prior to Bell, he oversaw the data networking initiatives at British Telecom in the United Kingdom.

Ken Wigglesworth
Ken Wigglesworth is the Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Wigglesworth is a Principal at Eagle One Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Ottawa. From 2001 to 2009, Mr. Wigglesworth was with Newbury Ventures, a private equity firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, most recently as a Senior Managing Director. Prior to Newbury, Mr. Wigglesworth spent 13 years at Newbridge Networks in various senior management roles. He was appointed Executive Vice President and CFO of Newbridge in 1996, and was instrumental in the successful $8 billion Alcatel/Newbridge merger in 2000. Over Mr. Wigglesworth’s career as an investor and as an operator, he has sat on 17 Boards and 14 Audit Committees (chairing 12 of them). Mr. Wigglesworth is also a Director of Iogen Corporation and Hydro Ottawa and earned his designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1987.

Gregory Monahan
Gregory Monahan has been a Managing Director of Crescendo Partners, L.P., a New York based investment firm, since December 2008 and he has held various positions at Crescendo Partners since May 2005. Prior to Crescendo Partners, he was the founder of Bind Network Solutions, a consulting firm focused on network infrastructure and security. Mr. Monahan currently serves on the board of directors of O’Charley’s Inc., a multi-concept restaurant company that operates or franchises 364 restaurants. He also serves on the board of directors of Cott Corporation, one of the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage companies. Monahan received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College and a master's of business from Columbia Business School.

David D. Sgro, CFA
David Sgro has been a Managing Director of Crescendo Partners, L.P., a New York based investment firm, since 2008 and has held various positions at Crescendo Partners since 2005. From 2006 through 2008, he also served as the chief financial officer of Rhapsody Acquisition Corp., a publicly listed blank check company. He currently serves as a director and audit committee member of Primoris Services Corporation, a leading specialty engineering and construction company. Prior to joining Crescendo Partners, he was a senior analyst at Management Planning, Inc., a firm that specializes in the valuation of privately held companies. He received a B.S. in Finance from The College of New Jersey and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. In 2001, he became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.

Divesh Sisodraker
Mr. Sisodraker is President and CEO of TheJobMagnet Interactive Inc., a web-based software company focused on recruitment through social networks. Until December 2006, he was Executive Vice President and CFO at San Francisco based Taleo Corporation, a leading on-demand software vendor, where he led the company to the second largest software IPO on NASDAQ in 2005 and helped the organization make the turn to profitability. Prior to joining Taleo, Mr. Sisodraker was President and CEO at Pivotal Corporation, where he led the largest and fastest growing division of CDC Software, a $300 million provider of enterprise software solutions. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Sisodraker served as the company's CFO, where he drove a series of initiatives to improve Pivotal's operating performance. He was also responsible for running the process that ultimately resulted in the sale of the company to CDC Software. He currently serves on the board of Bridgewater Systems and Cloudbench Applications. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (Honours).
