Co-Op Internship Program
Bridgewater Systems offers student co-op terms and internship opportunities in all areas of our business—from R&D to marketing, operations, and IT. In some cases, student opportunities lead to full-time employment upon graduation.
Much more than a temporary job, our program gives students a taste of what it's like to be a full-time member of the Bridgewater team, contributing to the success of the company and its customers. Students and interns are challenged with the same kind of duties required of any full-time employee, allowing them ample opportunity to evaluate Bridgewater as a prospective full-time employer.
There are many other benefits while working at Bridgewater, such as:
- Participation in quarterly all-staff meetings, regular team meetings, and one-on-ones with management.
- Access to senior level resources for skill development and mentoring.
- Social activities (e.g., competitive and recreational sports, barbecues, and holiday parties).
- Opportunity to be a part of our HOPE beach volleyball teams.
- Fitness plan reimbursement.
Past students have had an opportunity to be a part of patent filings, have contributed toward our core business, and have worked with experienced individuals in a fast-paced environment. Many of our past students have chosen to return for future placement terms. Bridgewater posts co-op opportunities with many Ontario universities. Watch for a posting for your next work term. If you don't see us at your university, you may apply directly to our posted co-op opportunities or, if there is no current posting, you may submit an application for future consideration.
