On June 17, 2011, Bridgewater announced that that it had entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Amdocs Limited for C$8.20 per share in cash. The Arrangement closed on August 17, 2011. Concurrently, Bridgewater's common shares were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
